Hepatic methyl metabolism: Influencing success – Heather White, Ph.D.

Heather White is an Assistant Professor in the Dairy Science Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Heather has a keen interest in nutritional physiology of the transition cow. In particular, she is interested in liver metabolism and nutrigenomics. Currently she is conducting research on choline and methionine metabolism in the liver and discusses that in this presentation, given at the recent mini-symposium prior to the Cornell Nutrition Conference.
